CUSTOM ORDERS

Sideline Riches specializes in custom, made-to-order merchandise. Customers are responsible for reviewing and providing accurate sizing, measurements, names, numbers, photographs, customization details, shipping information, and other information required to complete their order.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

ORDER DOCUMENTATION

Sideline Riches may maintain records related to each transaction, including customer communications, order details, measurements, customization requests, photographs/videos of completed merchandise, shipping records, tracking information, and proof of delivery. These records may be used for customer service, fraud prevention, payment disputes, or legal proceedings when appropriate.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers should contact Sideline Riches directly regarding an order concern and provide us an opportunity to address the issue according to our posted policies.

Sideline Riches reserves the right to contest inaccurate, fraudulent, or improper chargebacks and provide relevant order documentation to banks, card issuers, payment processors, or other appropriate parties.

If funds are reversed through a chargeback or payment dispute and payment remains legally owed for merchandise or services properly provided, Sideline Riches reserves the right to pursue recovery of the outstanding amount through lawful collection or civil remedies. Where permitted by applicable law or an enforceable agreement, Sideline Riches may also seek applicable court costs, filing fees, attorney’s fees, or other recoverable expenses.

THIRD-PARTY ALTERATIONS

Customers must provide Sideline Riches an opportunity to inspect and address a reported issue before having custom merchandise altered, repaired, resized, cut, unhemmed, reconstructed, or otherwise modified by another person or business.

Sideline Riches is not responsible for unauthorized third-party alteration expenses or for issues caused by modifications performed after the merchandise leaves our possession.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Original Sideline Riches product photographs, graphics, mockups, designs, branding, website content, and other original creative materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property law and may not be reproduced or commercially used without authorization.

LIMITATION & APPLICABLE LAW

Sideline Riches reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law. Nothing contained in this Legal Notice is intended to waive or restrict any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
