SIDELINE RICHES RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All Sideline Riches items are custom-made and made to order specifically for each customer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Sideline Riches does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind, no longer needing/wanting the item, relationship changes, ordering the wrong size, customer-provided incorrect measurements/information, or deciding not to attend the event or game.

Sideline Riches is a custom apparel business, not a mass-produced retail store. Materials, jerseys, images, names, numbers, sizing, and other customization details are purchased and/or prepared specifically for your order.

FIT & ALTERATIONS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and sizing information.

If your item needs to be taken in, resized, or adjusted, please contact Sideline Riches. Per our policy, Sideline Riches must be given the opportunity to inspect and correct the item before it is taken to another seamstress, tailor, or third party.

If an item can reasonably be corrected or altered by Sideline Riches, a refund will not be issued in place of allowing us to correct it.

Sideline Riches will not reimburse unauthorized third-party alteration or repair costs.

ERRORS BY SIDELINE RICHES

If Sideline Riches makes a verified error with your order, please contact us promptly with clear photos and/or videos showing the issue.

When an issue can reasonably be corrected, remade, or altered, Sideline Riches must first be given the opportunity to resolve the issue.

A refund will only be considered when Sideline Riches confirms that the error was caused by us, the issue cannot reasonably be corrected or replaced within the applicable agreed-upon timeframe, and a refund is the appropriate available resolution.

Simply preferring a different fit, length, style, placement, or appearance than what was ordered does not automatically constitute a production error.

THIRD-PARTY ALTERATIONS

Once an item has been altered, cut, repaired, resized, unhemmed, reconstructed, or otherwise modified by another person or business before Sideline Riches has had an opportunity to inspect and address the concern, the customer assumes responsibility for those modifications.

Sideline Riches does not reimburse third-party alteration costs and cannot be held responsible for changes or damage occurring after another party modifies the garment.

WORN OR USED ITEMS

Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, stained, or independently altered are not eligible for return or refund except where otherwise required by law.

Wearing an item and later deciding that you would prefer a different fit, length, or appearance does not qualify the order for a refund.

EVENT & GAME DATES

Customers are responsible for providing any important event or game date before ordering and purchasing an approved rush service when necessary.

A customer’s decision to wear an item to a different game, event, or occasion does not create eligibility for a refund.

Any resolution for a verified Sideline Riches error will be determined based on the order details, documented issue, available correction options, and any delivery deadline expressly agreed to by Sideline Riches at the time of purchase—not a subsequently selected event date.

REFUNDS

Refund requests are reviewed only for verified errors attributable to Sideline Riches that cannot reasonably be corrected, altered, or replaced as described above.

Shipping fees and unauthorized third-party alteration expenses are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

AGREEMENT

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your order is custom-made and that you have read, understood, and agreed to Sideline Riches’ Return & Refund Policy. All sales are final except for qualifying verified Sideline Riches errors as described above and as otherwise required by applicable law.
