Terms of Service

By placing an order with Sideline Riches, you are agreeing to all terms, policies, and conditions listed below. These terms are in place to protect both the customer and the business.


 

 

1. Agreement to Policies

Before completing any purchase, customers must confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to all Sideline Riches policies, including the Order Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.

 

By checking the agreement box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and consented to these terms and understand that all sales are final. This confirmation serves as binding proof in the event of any dispute or chargeback claim.


 

 

2. Custom Orders

 

All products are custom-made to order and cannot be altered, canceled, or refunded once submitted. Each design is unique and tailored specifically for the customer, meaning it cannot be resold or reused.

 

 

 

3. Processing & Shipping

 

Processing times are clearly stated in the Shipping Policy and may vary depending on order volume and material availability. All processing times are measured in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Sideline Riches is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.


 

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping details.
  • Review their order and design details before submission.
  • Monitor tracking updates and contact the carrier for delivery issues.
    Sideline Riches is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to customer error or carrier mishandling.


 

 

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

 

Because all customers must confirm they have read and agreed to these policies before purchasing, any unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will be considered fraudulent.

Sideline Riches retains all correspondence, proof of shipment, design approvals, and digital order confirmations to present as evidence in the event of a chargeback. Customers who initiate false claims may be permanently banned from future purchases.


 

 

6. Product Variations

Each custom item is handcrafted. Small variations in color, design placement, or material texture may occur and are considered normal in the production process. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or remakes.

 

 

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All designs, product images, and branding under Sideline Riches are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Reproduction, resale, or unauthorized use of Sideline Riches materials is strictly prohibited.

 

 

8. Policy Updates

 

Sideline Riches reserves the right to update, change, or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or social media platforms.
