SIDELINE RICHES SHIPPING POLICY
Processing & Production Time
All Sideline Riches custom orders are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 weeks for production and processing, excluding weekends and public holidays. Business days are Monday through Friday only.
Production time and shipping time are separate. The 3–5 week production timeframe does not include carrier transit time.
Providing a game date, birthday, vacation, event, or other deadline does not guarantee delivery by that date unless a rush order has been approved and the applicable rush fee has been paid.
Rush & Expedited Orders
Rush orders require prior approval from Sideline Riches and an additional rush fee.
Purchasing Priority, Express, or expedited shipping does not expedite production. Expedited shipping only affects carrier transit time after the completed order has been shipped.
Shipping & Tracking
Sideline Riches may ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another available carrier.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours after carrier acceptance for tracking information to update.
Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are outside of Sideline Riches’ control.
Shipping Address
Customers are fully responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Sideline Riches cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed or prepared for shipment.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, unclaimed package, or other customer-related delivery issue, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs required for redelivery.
Lost, Stolen, Delayed & Misdelivered Packages
Once a completed order has been accepted by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another shipping carrier, the package is in that carrier’s possession and control.
Sideline Riches does not own, operate, employ, or control USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other shipping carrier.
Sideline Riches cannot control packages after carrier acceptance and is not responsible for carrier delays, packages lost while in the carrier’s possession, carrier misdelivery, missed deliveries, or theft occurring after confirmed delivery.
If your package is lost, delayed, misdelivered, or marked Delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the applicable shipping carrier and file any available missing-package request or claim directly with that carrier.
Sideline Riches will provide available tracking or order documentation reasonably necessary to assist with an eligible carrier claim.
Carrier-related issues do not automatically qualify an order for a refund, replacement, or store credit from Sideline Riches.
Delivered Packages
When tracking confirms that an order was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Sideline Riches considers the shipping obligation fulfilled, subject to applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location and promptly retrieving their packages.
Sideline Riches is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
Returned or Unclaimed Packages
Packages returned to Sideline Riches because of an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery, or failure to claim the package will not automatically be refunded.
The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable once the applicable shipping service has been purchased and used, except where otherwise required by law.
International Shipping
International shipping options vary depending on destination and carrier availability.
Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination country charges.
Sideline Riches is not responsible for customs delays. If a shipment is refused, rejected, or returned because of unpaid duties, import restrictions, or customer refusal, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Agreement
By placing an order with Sideline Riches, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy, including production timelines, carrier responsibilities, address requirements, and shipping terms.
