SIDELINE RICHES SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Production Time:

All custom orders are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 weeks for production and processing (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 5 p.m. CT on Friday will begin processing the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday only.


Expedited Orders:

Sideline Riches accepts expedited orders with an additional fee, but they must be approved by the manufacturer first before payment and processing.


Shipping Methods & Timelines:

We primarily ship through USPS Ground (3–4 business day transit time). Additional options such as USPS Priority Mail and Expedited Shipping are available at checkout.Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email or text. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after carrier pickup.


Inaccurate Shipping Information:

The customer is fully responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If a shipment is returned to Sideline Riches due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost.

No refunds will be given for shipments sent to an incorrect address, missed deliveries, or unclaimed packages.Sideline Riches is not liable for any lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages:

Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Sideline Riches is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


International Shipping:

Sideline Riches offers USPS First-Class International and USPS Priority Mail International options. Availability of shipping methods may vary based on destination at checkout.


International Customs & Duties:

All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.Sideline Riches does not collect or calculate these fees.It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify and comply with their country’s import laws and restrictions before purchasing. If a package is rejected by customs or refused by the customer due to unpaid duties, restrictions, or taxes, no refund will be issued for shipping costs.
